200 key hotel with 60 apartments & 3000sqm of Offices. This design competition was sponsored by the ADTA. Our brief was to design an exciting new modern architectural development that would be seen alone as a standalone destination. ML Design’s entry was prepared on behalf of Rotana Hotels and was selected as the winner. The site within the Khalifa Park was subsequently changed and the project was redesigned.
