These luxury villas are subtle in their architectural language and composition, whilst utilising the strong elements of exposed steel, screening, glazing and solid elements to maintain the architectural theme and achieve privacy and separation from the main commercial centre.

The marine precinct required a contemporary architecture, which would be robust, inspired and attract commercial and public users. A sense of excitement is evident and a strong connection to the marine environment and Queensland coastal surrounds prevails. Steel compositions are reminiscent of nautical features.
