Prepared in association with Cadiz International, the Vision Plan covers the 1,680 hectare Phase 1 of the 5,000 hectare land holding. The plan identifies the special locations of the various uses, and identifies a clear vision for the project in regard to ESD policies. Phase 1 will include 18 holes of golf, 2 marinas, over 10 resorts of various types and styles, a town centre and around 3,000 dwelling units.
Cutad Cove will include 2 beach side resort hotels, lagoon apartments, beachside village and a beach club.
