The BMW new car showroom is located on Ann Street in the Fortitude Valley vehicle showroom precinct. By its expression and form, the building attempts to set a benchmark for the display and sales environment for new vehicles.

The showroom forms Stage One of an integrated site development strategy that includes an upgrading and expansion of the service centre and second hand vehicle showroom.

The building form and expression demonstrates a level of design and finish in accordance with the BMW brand and is an identifiable centre for the corporate activities in the Fortitude Valley precinct.
