The office tower at 145 Ann Street is located on a heritage listed site next to one of Queensland’s oldest churches. The project combines a heritage building with a contemporary office tower.
The heritage listed Ann Street Presbyterian Church will be preserved along with the church office accommodation provided on the first level of the new building.
