ML Design has helped realise the design potential of a sloping site in this display home overlooking the 8th hole at Brookwater. The steep slope presented opportunities to incorporate generous ceiling heights and extensive glazing to assist with cross ventilation and maximise views to the surrounding landscape. A sophisticated neutral interior palette enhances connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Textural contrasts of materials and attention to detailing, help to articulate and link open plan double level volumes.
