This commercial tower located on Melbourne Street was designed with an intent to promote visual interest and respect human scale at ground level. The integration of private and public spaces forms an active street edge which is complemented by sub tropical landscaping to produce a soft transition between the building and public domain.
The materials and articulation of the façade presents a visual variety whist connecting the elements to a cohesive whole.
