Deletion of existing 9 holes of golf course to create a new medium density opportunity and an “urban village” of commercial and recreational activities around an under-utilised marina basin. ML Design successfully provided the design, documentation and coordination of the master plan, graphic presentation of the concept in the form of artist’s impressions to 3D CAD “fly-throughs” and participated in a series of presentations to local authorities and public interest groups.
