Adelphi Springs is a gated low-rise community located in the suburbs of the Gold Coast. Designed as a Mediterranean village and using a Moroccan architectural theme mandated by the client, Adelphi Springs mixes single-storey zero lot line “courtyard” homes, two-storey townhouses and “six-pack” terrace apartments. The development won an urban Development Institute of Australia Award (1998) for Medium Density Housing.
