The mixed use commercial / residential tower forms a building of prominence on Boundary Street, closing the view along Peel Street from the city and forming a node point for the vehicular corridor from West End to the William Jolly Bridge.  

The residential tower is highly articulated presenting 360 degree views from the elevated site.  The commercial content on the lower levels has been integrated to form a cohesive part of the tower and care has been taken to provide a streetscape of human scale and detail to respect the residential low rise mix within the area.
