This 20,000m2 mixed use development is located in the emerging inner city suburb of Newstead, integrating a variety of residential product (87 total) with 1,590m2 of retail and 12,280m2 of commercial in two 6 storey well articulated building forms. 

The design responds to, reinforces and enhances the potential of the urban contexts in its local.  The juxtaposition of these improved urban contexts, the highly considered public interface potentialities, the dynamic mix of functions, the manifestation of these into a built form, the sustainability / energy efficiency of such, along with the internal / external spaces created, has resulted in a quality design and distinctive project.
