This fit out has been designed to promote a positive public image for the QLD Government’s EPA, while also improving organisational performance by upgrading social amenity & indoor environment quality in a call centre situation. ML Design refurbished the centre according to the Green Building Council of Australia’s Green Star Office Interiors v1.1 rating tool and is pursuing a “5 Star” Green rating, yet to be certified.

The project is 1 of 4 projects currently registered for certification in this category in Queensland.
