This master plan recognises the full “build-out” development potential of the lakefront site. Incorporating visual axes and planning principles from the existing campus, the plan identifies and upgrades an Academic Core, fringed with a Mixed-use business precinct and a student residential precinct focusing on a beachfront “campus village”.
