The $500m+ master planned Corporate Centre will be a self-contained, business focused precinct, designed to meet the commercial needs of its tenants. As the only office precinct on the Gold Coast with direct water access, the Corporate Centre offers a high-profile site located at the key crossroads within the Gold Coast region, less than three kilometres from Surfers Paradise by road. The “Corporate Centre Two” building will provide 8,000 square metres of commercial office and retail space, while the precinct contains the highest standard of amenities, including restaurants, retail outlets, health and spa facilities.

The interior fitout of this contemporary commercial high rise reflects a slick, modern corporate style of the Gold Coast environment. The colour palette uses light, airy tones with an environmental green-theme. Glass, stone, bamboo and all-form concrete materials are incorporated throughout the building.
