The commercial tower at 333 Ann Street comprises ground level entry foyer and retail, two basement levels, four podium car park levels and nineteen commercial floor plates. The overall GFA is 20,799m2 with a net lettable area of 16,359m2 and 99 vehicles are accommodated on site.
The building has been designed to a 4 star Green Star rating and incorporates an integrated double glazed curtain wall façade system, external sun control devices and individual on floor mechanical plant.
The R.S. Exton heritage façade has been retained and carefully incorporated within the ground and first floor street facades. Retail tenancies are located on both the ground and first floor. The building street entry is located off the raised Ann Street external terrace, and there are retail tenancies on both the ground and first floor.
